      There are several monoclonal antibodies used for the treatment of RA and SLE. This movie depicts the targeting of the CD4 molecule on the T cell by a monoclonal antibody. One purposed mode of action for these agent is preventing the TCR triggering by steric hinderance of peptide presentation of APCs to T cells.(unnamed)
