#6 What is the most distinguishing feature to diagnose Ankylosing spondylitis? Ankylosing spondylitis is an arthritis of the axial skeleton. In the extreme form, the patients develop a completely immobile spinal column. The single most important feature which distinguishes it from other back pain is that patients also have sacroiliitis, usually bilateral. |
